United Kingdom only.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and dispatched
within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public
holidays will be dispatched the
next business day.
DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery to the UK:
8 to 15 business days
Please note that delivery times are
estimates and may vary slightly depending
on your location and local postal services.

TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched
you will receive a confirmation email
containing your tracking number.
You can use this number to track your
order directly with the carrier.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
All orders shipped to the UK are
delivered duty paid.
You will not be charged any additional
customs or import fees.
LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within
20 business days of dispatch please
contact us immediately at

We will investigate with the carrier
and either resend your order or issue
a full refund at no extra cost to you.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your delivery address is
correct at the time of ordering.
Knovia™ cannot be held responsible for
orders delivered to an incorrect address
provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your address
after placing your order contact us
immediately at knovia.support@gmail.com
and we will do our best to correct it
before dispatch.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged please
contact us within 48 hours of delivery
at knovia.support@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the packaging
We will send a replacement or issue
a full refund immediately.
